Gran Meliá Iguazú, originally opened in 1978 as Hotel International Iguazú. The hotel itself was designed to complement the surrounding natural landscape. In 2017, our engagement began with the introduction of the Meliá brand. Collaborating closely, we aimed to preserve the exclusive, luxury feel while incorporating Meliá’s design standards. Our work covered a full renovation of public spaces and rooms. The hotel now boasts 183 keys and suites with terraces, a -50meter infinity pool, spa, rooftop, garden, wellness center, parking, fitness center, and three restaurants with four bars, including a rooftop venue with unique concepts. This fusion of historic charm and modern luxury, perfectly blends with the natural beauty of the Iguazú Falls, defining the essence of the property.
